About the Founder

I’m Amirah — the creator of IPM Strategy Group and the woman behind Soft Systems™.

For years, I was balancing motherhood, healing, faith, and the quiet work of rebuilding my life. I didn’t have the space for complicated routines or overwhelming systems. I needed structure that felt realistic, supportive, and aligned with the woman I was becoming.

IPM Strategy Group grew out of that season.  Not from perfection — but from clarity.

I learned that the right system doesn’t drain you.

It creates space.

It gives you room to breathe.

And it helps you build without losing yourself in the process.

Today, I help women do the same — with simple workflows, intentional digital tools, and calm, human-centered uses of AI that make life feel lighter.
